$160K plus Target 40% - 50% Annual Bonus!!
Growing healthcare facility is seeking an experienced CEO from a healthcare environment.  Selected candidate will be in a current level of responsibility from an Acute Care or Long Term Care environment.  COO and other level candidate are encouraged to apply. 
Successful candidate will be offered a Total Compensation package unequalled in the healthcare industry.  In addition to an above market experienced based salary, you will be eligible for a performance based annual Incentive Plan with a target of 40% of annual salary.  Full medical, dental, 401K, Pension, Short Term Disability, STD, Long Term Disability. LTD, and relocation assistance will be offered.
The ideal candidate will possess at least five years senior-level experience in healthcare administration/management, preferably in a hospital setting.  Key experience in facility operations management, human resources management and/or finance is highly preferred.  A minimum of at least two(2) years’ experience at the Chief Executive Officer CEO is preferred.  Multi-location healthcare management experience is strongly preferred.  A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty is required. 
A Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty highly preferred.
