Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Denver, CO
Seeking experienced NNP.
Your duties will include: Assesses Level I, II, and III neonates, demonstrating expert clinical knowledge and judgment in collaboration with neonatologists. Selects and implements appropriate treatment plans for infants with both acute and chronic problems, in collaboration with the neonatologists.
Performs clinical procedures for which he/she is credentialed, competently. Demonstrates the ability to identify problems in clinical management and departmental performance and serves as a leader in promoting positive change.
Applies current evidence to own clinical practice and teaches evidence-based practice to nursing staff and to outreach audiences. Provides care to neonates within the Practice Prerogatives for Nurse Practitioners
Requirements:
Master’s Degree – Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
3+ years of NNP experience
Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse and Registered with the Colorado Advanced Practice Registry
BLS and NRP Healthcare provider
Must obtain credentials approval through the Medical Staff office within 90 days of hire
STABLE is preferred, not required
