Base salary up to $160K  DOE   Annual Bonus Target up to 25% of Base Salary!!!

Large healthcare benefits organization is seeking an experience Senior Clinical Account Director.  In this key management level role you will be responsible for clinical account management of an assigned group of large and complex clients.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Collaborates with clinical and financial analysis programs leaders to develop and refine program evaluation metrics to assist in determining the drivers of health care costs for client accounts. Evaluates and presents clinical program and financial reports and makes recommendations to the client regarding ways to increase the health of the worker population while reducing healthcare costs. Partners with client leaders and account executives to design benefits and programs which reduce costs while not sacrificing the quality of care. Participates in the development of clinical performance guarantees for assigned clients. Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Implements and integrates complex clinical programs using project management principles. Understands business processes and proactively identifies the need for creative and innovative changes to processes to support client needs. Identifies need for and develops new policies, procedures or operational guidelines within clinical account management. Functions as a preceptor for new Clinical Program Director staff. Participates in finalist presentations as requested. Independently able to respond to RFPs.

Minimum Qualifications:

An RN, LPN, or other clinical credentialing background is required for this role. Requires a bachelor' s degree in nursing or other health-related discipline and 10+ years progressively responsible, directly relevant industry experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Advanced education desired. 

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills required, including relationship management, persuasion and negotiation. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation/sales skills. In-depth subject matter expertise on broad spectrum of medical/care management functions. Strong operational knowledge. Understands the issues relevant to the client, the broad organization, MBU, and functional area. Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze clinical and financial data, draw appropriate conclusions, and develop recommendations relevant to the data.

-Account management and new business solution sales to large national employers
-Experience analyzing employee population health data and developing strategic annual healthcare cost containment and health improvement strategies.
-Client-facing sales consultation with the use of incentives and promoting a culture of wellness
-Experience having partnered with national benefit consultants and brokers; Towers, Mercer, AON
-Current experience/networks with current clients and/or potential clients

The Selected Candidate will have:

RN/LPN/LVN
National Accounts client-facing account management
Industry experience (should come from a health benefits organization)
Experience presenting health/wellness
Strong knowledge of care management; UM and CM
