DIRECTOR RN PEDIATRIC SERVICES DALLAS JOBS
Base up to $140K PLUS Annual Bonus Target up to 20%!
Growing healthcare facility in Dallas is seeking an experienced Director Pediatric Services.  In this key Management role you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing, delegating, directing and evaluating services delivered. All inpatient nursing units including general pediatrics, PICU, NICU and CHSU.  You will have a key role in the development of all future inpatient units. 

The ideal candidate will have at least an Master's degree in nursing or related field, Five (5) years experience in management, preferable in a hospital setting with experience to include management of personnel, payroll, budgets, capital, business planning, marketing, and physician relations.  General acute pediatric and pediatric critical care preferred.

RN with current Texas License
PALS, preferred
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers
